Pot of Gold Mimosa (Green Layered Mimosa) + Steps

Make a three-ingredient Pot Of Gold Mimosa (Green Layered Mimosa)! This layered drink is easier to do than you may at first think.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Orange juice
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Blue curaçao
  • Lemon wheel for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Pour the orange juice into the flute first.
  • Slowly pour the Prosecco on top of the orange juice.
  • To a measuring cup or shot glass, add the curaçao.
  • Position the shot glass on the lip/outer rim of the flute.
  • Slowly drizzle blue curaçao against the inside of the flute. Pour as slowly as possible.
  • Avoid moving the flute while pouring the blue curaçao.
  • Admire your amazing mixology skills!
  • Serve chilled.
