- 2 cans cut green beans
- ¾ c milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French fried onions
- ⅛ t ground black pepper
- ½ t salt
Drain the green beans
Pour the green beans (drained), ½ can of fried onions, milk, soup, salt, and pepper into a microwave-safe casserole dish.
Stir to combine the mixture.
Spread the mixture in the casserole dish evenly.
Cover the casserole and cook for 8 minutes on high.
Carefully remove the casserole from the microwave and remove the cover.
Stir the casserole.
Top the casserole with the remaining fried onions.
Return the casserole to the microwave and cook uncovered for 1 minute.
Remove the casserole from the microwave and let it stand for a few minutes.
Serve hot.
