Instructions
Cook the basmati rice according to the package directions. (We also have our

Add the butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic to cooked rice. Stir to mix thoroughly.
Serve on the plate and sprinkle lemon zest on top.
Notes
If you don’t have basmati rice, use white rice or wild rice.
