Remove the radish greens by cutting them as close to the radish as you can

Cut the root of the radish off

Rinse the radish with cold water to fully remove any dirt

Fold a large paper towel in half and place it in a freezer pag.

Add the moist radishes to the bag

Place the bag in the vegetable drawer in your fridge
