How To Reheat Scallops In The Oven
Renee' Groskreutz
Reheat your scallops in the oven so they stay tender, buttery, and springy; we share some nifty tips and tricks, too!
- Scallops
- Pan or any safe dish
- Aluminum foil
- Oven
- Thermometer optional
Let scallops come to room temperature for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 275°F.
Put the scallops on a pan or any other oven-safe dish and put them in the oven.
Spray some water on the scallops to make them a little more slippery.
Use aluminum foil to cover up the dish. It will also keep the heat in and keep the top part of the scallops from getting burned.
Let the scallops get warm in the oven for up to 15 minutes.
During the next 10 minutes, check to see if the scallops are cooked to your liking.
