Ingredients

  • Scallops
  • Pan or any safe dish
  • Aluminum foil
  • Oven
  • Thermometer optional

Instructions

  • Let scallops come to room temperature for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 275°F.
  • Put the scallops on a pan or any other oven-safe dish and put them in the oven.
  • Spray some water on the scallops to make them a little more slippery.
  • Use aluminum foil to cover up the dish. It will also keep the heat in and keep the top part of the scallops from getting burned.
  • Let the scallops get warm in the oven for up to 15 minutes.
  • During the next 10 minutes, check to see if the scallops are cooked to your liking.
