Ingredients

  • Leftover cooked salmon
  • Aluminum foil
  • Baking sheet
  • Meat thermometer

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven and set the temperature to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
  •  Take your salmon out of its container and cover it loosely with a piece of aluminum foil. This will prevent the edges of the reheated fish from drying out.
  • Put the cooked salmon on a baking sheet and put the sheet in your preheated oven.
  • Reheat the salmon for around 15 minutes or more depending on the thickness of your salmon fillet.
  • Use a cooking thermometer to check if the reheated cooked salmon has reached an internal temperature of 125 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the salmon on a serving platter!
