How to reheat pork chops in the oven
Renee' Groskreutz
Bring back the tender goodness of your favorite meat by reheating it using the oven method.
- Cooked or stored pork chops
- Plain white bread
- Chicken or vegetable stock or just water
- Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place three slices of plain white bread on an oven-safe pan. Make sure they're large enough to hold your pork chops. (1:1 ratio)
Add five tablespoons of chicken or vegetable stock to the bread.
Once done, place the pork chops on top of the bread.
Slide them into the oven and heat for about 15 minutes.
