Lay the shrimp on a microwave-safe plate without stacking them.
Microwave the shrimp on 50% power for 20 to 30 seconds initially.
Check one shrimp. If not hot, continue in 10-second intervals until done.
Use tongs to move shrimp to a towel-lined plate and serve.
It’s best to check the internal temp of leftovers, so if you have a meat thermometer handy, may as well use it to check that the shrimp have come to 165F.
