Set the temperature of your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees for reheating BBQ brisket).
Take the leftover brisket out of your fridge and let it come to room temperature.
Put the brisket on a baking sheet and pour the leftover juices on top of it.
Cover the baking sheet with some aluminum foil.
Put the sheet in your oven and reheat the brisket for about 45 minutes. The reheating time will vary depending on the size of your leftover brisket and your oven’s heating power.
Make sure to check the internal temperature of the meat with a meat thermometer and take it out of the oven when it reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
