Add the milk, eggs, oil, and mashed banana to a mixing bowl. Mix this until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Slowly add in the Aunt Jemima pancake mix and stir to combine with the liquid. Set the mixture aside to rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a medium skillet over medium-low heat.
Add a pat of butter or oil to the hot skillet.
Pour ¼ cup of the pancake batter into the skillet.
When the pancake is starting to bubble and the edges look golden, flip the pancake. A tip to know when the pancake is ready to flip is to watch for bubbles that are popping. Also, those edges should be golden. This should take about 5 to 7 minutes before you need to flip.
Cook pancake for another 5 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
Slice the other banana half and use it for toppings.
