Prepare the dressing – Pour the soy sauce in a medium bowl. Add the vinegar, minced garlic, ginger, cumin, olive oil and sesame oil to the bowl. Whisk all of the ingredients and mix them up good.
Put the dressing in the fridge too chill for a bit.
Prepare the salad mix – Shred the carrots and cabbage if needed. Slice the scallions into small slices. Add these ingredients into a large bowl.
Mix it all up – Add the dressing to the bowl with the shredded veggies. Toss the salad to coat the vegetables and mix everything thoroughly.
