Wash, dry, peel, and core the apples.
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to 2 cups of water.
Cut the apples into slices. Choose whatever thickness you prefer.
Allow the apple slices to soak in the lemon water for 5 minutes.
Drain the slices from the water and leave them in the colander for five minutes to drip dy.
Place drained apple slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet with apple slices in the freezer for 5 hours.
Remove the slices from the freezer and place them in freezer baggies.
Remove as much air from the baggies as possible.
Return the bagged apple slices to the freezer immediately.
Best if used within six months of freezing.
