How to cook couscous

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c couscous
  • 1 ¼ c water
  • 1 T butter

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, bring the butter and water to a boil
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat
  • Stir in the couscous
  • Cover and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  • Fluff with a fork.
