Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or vanilla powder for added flavor

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: Mix together the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and any optional ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Blend for Smoothness: Optionally, blend the mixture for a finer consistency.
  • Store: Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
  • To Make Hot Cocoa: Use 2 tablespoons of the mix with 6-8 oz of hot water or milk (dairy or plant-based) per cup. Adjust to taste.
  • Customize: Top with whipped cream, marshmallows, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or caramel as desired.
