Combine mix-ins in a medium bowl and set aside.

Place a large saucepan over medium-low heat. 

Add to saucepan butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and chocolate chips together and stir until smooth. 

Once melted and fully combined, pour into a large bowl.

Add cereal and stir gently until cereal is fully coated.

Allow the cereal mixture to cool.

Divide the powdered sugar and add ¾ c to each of the two large zipper bags.

Divide the chocolate-coated cereal into roughly half and add each half into the two bags that contain the powdered sugar. 

Make sure to seal the bag tightly, so the contents don’t come flying out while shaking the bags and shake to coat.

Add half of the mix-ins to each zipper bag. Shake gently. These will not coat with the sugar, so you’re just combining.

Pour the Puppy Chow mixture into a large serving bowl and enjoy!

Refrigerate leftovers and gently shake the bag to separate when ready to serve.
