This is an easy to make side dish of garlic green beans. We steam the green beans and then add in the herbs.

Ingredients

fresh green beans

butter

garlic cloves

lemon
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Steam green beans until they are tender
Juice the lemon and set juice aside
Mince the garlic and set aside
When the beans are done, remove from the pan and set aside.
In a large skillet saute garlic with butter for 1 minute.
Add in juice of one lemon, dash of salt and pepper and stir.
Add in green beans, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce reduces by half.
