  • 1 egg
  • 2 T butter

  • Place a cast iron skillet over medium heat. 
  • Once the pan is hot add your butter. Allow the butter to melt. Spread the butter around in the pan.
  • Break the egg into the center of the pan.
  • Place a lid over the pan.
  • Cook for 1 minute.
  • Flip the egg and cook for 30 seconds.
  • Serve egg hot!
