Vodka
Instructions
Crush the whole clove to crack it slightly. I used a meat tenderizer to crack the clove.
Cut the ginger into thin slices.
Add all the ingredients into a mason jar and shake vigorously.
Allow the infused vodka to sit in a cool dark place for 72 hours.
Strain the vodka with the cheesecloth and mesh strainer into measuring glass.
Pour the vodka into a swing top glass bottle using a funnel.
Enjoy and remember to drink responsibly.
Notes
Can drink the pumpkin spice infused vodka straight over ice or as a mixer in cocktails.
