If your vinegar separates, put the bowl with the ingredients in the freezer for 10 mins, remove and whisk briskly.
Serve and enjoy, or chill, covered, until ready to use.
Store in an airtight glass container for up to one week in the refrigerator.
Notes
We cooked some battered shrimp in the air fryer to accompany our Bang Bang Sauce. If you are not serving immediately, put the sauce in the fridge to chill until ready to serve.
