Easy Bang Bang Sauce Recipe

Move over ranch, this tangy, zippy bang bang sauce recipe is great with everything from fish tacos to hush puppies to air fryer shrimp to burgers.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c Mayonnaise
  • 2 T Sweet Thai chili
  • 1 T Rice Vinegar
  • 1 t Sriracha sauce
  • 1 t Minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Mix all together til everything is blended.
  • If your vinegar separates, put the bowl with the ingredients in the freezer for 10 mins, remove and whisk briskly.
  • Serve and enjoy, or chill, covered, until ready to use.
  • Store in an airtight glass container for up to one week in the refrigerator.

Notes

We cooked some battered shrimp in the air fryer to accompany our Bang Bang Sauce. If you are not serving immediately, put the sauce in the fridge to chill until ready to serve.
