This arugula salad is super simple to create. It has a basic lemon dressing and only includes a total of 6 ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 t honey optional
  • ½ t salt
  • ½ t pepper
  • 4 c. arugula

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry your arugula.
  • Make your dressing. In a large bowl mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey (optional), salt, and pepper.
  • Add arugula to the bowl with the dressing and mix thoroughly.
