Wash and dry the cucumber, lime, and blueberries. Set aside.
Prepare a medium bowl of ice water. Set aside.
Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Moving quickly, measure out your liquors with the cocktail measuring glass and jigger.
Add the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup into the cocktail shaker.
Place a lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
Strain the mixture from the shaker with your cocktail strainer into the coupe glasses evenly.
With your short knife, cut the cucumbers into thick wheel slices.
Peel the skin of the limes into thin slices and twist.
Place lime twists in the medium bowl with ice water (this helps keep their shape).
Take one cocktail pick and gently slide the pick through the side of one cucumber “wheel”, then the blueberry, and add the lime twist last so it’s curled around the cocktail pick. (See photos.) Repeat for the other drink.
Add the garnishes on top of your gimlets and enjoy responsibly.
