Ingredients

  • 1/2 shot of Cointreau
  • 1 shot of unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 shots of Prosecco
  • White sugar or white frosting or both!
  • Frozen or fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Sprig of rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • With a spoon, lightly coat the outer rim of each glass with frosting. Or if you don’t have frosting, lightly wet the rim of each glass with water and then go to step 2.
  • Roll the frosted or wetted rims in table sugar for a hint of sparkle and extra sweetness, or even a colored glitter sugar, like this one.
  • Add liquid ingredients to champagne flutes.
  • Garnish as desired with two or three cranberries and a small sprig of rosemary to each glass.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

This is best if the Prosecco and cranberry has been chilled.
