Cranberry Brie Bites - Creamy, Tangy, and {Oh-so-Easy}

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. Brie

Brie

  • 6 oz. frozen cranberries

  • 3 T. real maple syrup

real maple syrup

  • 30 frozen phyllo cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
  • Remove rind from brie and cut into 30 small cubes.
  • Chop up cranberries into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place phyllo cups on sheet in a single layer.
  • Add one piece of brie into each cup. Top each cup with cranberries.
  • Drizzle a little maple syrup over each cup.
  • Place prepared trays into preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until brie is completely melted. Make sure that the phyllo cups do not burn.
  • Remove phyllo cups from oven and serve warm.
