Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients. Using your hands, gently mix the ground beef, sausage, quick oats, onion, egg, evaporated milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder until just combined. Shape the mixture into 1 ½-inch balls.
Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet with a bit of space between each so they aren’t touching. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked completely through.
While the meatballs bake, prepare your cranberry glazed meatballs sauce. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and brown sugar. Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat. Cover and reduce the heat to low, simmering for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When the meatballs are done, remove them from the baking sheet and arrange them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the warm sauce evenly over the top.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and the flavors to deepen.
Let rest for two minutes, and spoon the sauce over the meatballs. Serve warm.
