Avocado Spread Recipe

This quick and delicious avocado is a great alternative to butter and mayonnaise, especially if you’re looking for a healthier or vegetarian spread.

- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1 ½ T. fresh lime juice approximately ½ lime
- 1 ½ t. ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mince garlic finely. Set aside.
Cut avocado in half, lengthwise. Remove pit, scoop out flesh, and mash until smooth.
Add Greek yogurt, garlic, lime juice, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly until well combined.
Let sit for at least 30 minutes in fridge to allow flavors to develop.
Use immediately or store until needed.
