Avocado Spread Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 ½ T. fresh lime juice approximately ½ lime
  • 1 ½ t. ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mince garlic finely. Set aside.
  • Cut avocado in half, lengthwise. Remove pit, scoop out flesh, and mash until smooth.
  • Add Greek yogurt, garlic, lime juice, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Let sit for at least 30 minutes in fridge to allow flavors to develop.
  •  Use immediately or store until needed.
