Air Fryer Green Beans

These easy air fryer green beans are so tender and tasty, they will make a great side dish, even on busy weeknights.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash the green beans and thoroughly pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. 
  • Trim off and discard the ends.
  • Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss to coat the green beans.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 F.
  • Take out the basket and place the air fryer liner inside the basket (air fryer liners are great to use for easy cleanups).
  • With your tongs, place the green beans in a single layer in the air fryer. You will need to work in rounds because you don’t want to stack them.
  • Cook for 6 minutes.
  • Take out the basket and shake the beans or use your tongs to flip them over.
  • Cook for 6 more minutes or until the green beans are crisp and tender.
  • Take out the basket. Let the green beans rest for 2 minutes. 
  • Taste and add a little salt as needed. 
  • Then plate and enjoy!
