This is a quick and easy way to make banana chips in the air fryer.

olive oil
coconut oil, or avocado oil
Pinch
of salt
Instructions
Slice the banana into 1/4” thick slices. Place the slices in a large mixing bowl.
Add in the oil and sprinkle the pinch of salt.
Gently toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Add the banana slices to the air fryer basket and place them in a single layer.
After 4 minutes, toss the basket of the air fryer or turn the chips with tongs.
Cook for 3 more minutes or until the banana chips are golden.
They need a couple of minutes on the plate to rest and crisp up, so no need to overcook.
Remove from the air fryer and place the chips on a drying rack or plate.
Repeat steps 5 thru 6 until all of the banana chips are cooked.
Notes
Be sure that your bananas are firm.
