3 Ways To Freeze Kale
This is how to freeze chopped kale inside a plastic bag so you can use it in soups anytime.
Ingredients
- Freezer-safe plastic bags
- Fresh kale
- Freezer
Instructions
- Use a sharp knife to finely chop the kale. (I suggest using ½ or 1 cup of kale)
- Add the chopped kale to plastic bags or zip-top storage bags.
- Put them inside the freezer.
