Give this refreshing Irish whiskey cocktail a try. It is a perfect mix of sweet and sour with a fruity finish.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • Ice
  • 1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 2 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
  • 2 oz Sprite or Soda Water
  • Sliced Lemon Optional

Instructions
 

  • Fill the shaker halfway with ice.
  • Measure all of the liquid ingredients and pour into the shaker.
  • Close the shaker tightly and shake 8 times. 
  • Strain over ice into your highball glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice.
