How to Saute Spinach

  • 1 pound of spinach
  • 1 T olive oil
  • ¼ t salt


  1. Wash and dry your spinach.
  2. Add olive oil to the pan and turn to medium heat.
  3. Add spinach to the heated pan until pan is ¾ the way full.
  4. Cook spinach for about 2 minutes or until spinach is starting to wilt.
  5. Add more spinach to the pan and continue until all spinach is done.
  6. Stir in salt
