Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

This is a quick and easy chia pudding recipe that includes chocolate and peanut butter. Make it the night before and let it thicken in the fridge.



  • ¼ c chia seeds
  • 1 ¼ c almond milk (or any nut milk)
  • 4 t cocoa powder
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 4 T peanut butter
  • 3 T honey
  • ¼ t salt


  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and completely mixed.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container or containers. (Small mason jars)
  3. Chill overnight.
  4. Stir and serve.
  5. Top with berries, chocolate chips, or nuts.
