- Large baking potato
- Olive Oil
- Coarse Salt
- Preheat oven to 410 degrees.
- Wash and dry the potato.
- Stab holes in the potato all over.
- Rub it all over with olive oil.
- Roll the potato in coarse salt.
- Wrap the potato in foil.
- Bake the potato in the oven for 1 hour.
Note: The potato is done when you can easily push a fork through it without any resistance.
